   The register is complete. Operators who believe themselves absent from it are advised that they are not.

   Email remains the channel of record. Gate passes by text message are not offered at this time.

3. Notice 26-38 · 28 Sep 2026

   Every cabinet is the property of the Corporation. Operators are reminded to assign only a cabinet standing in front of them.

   A license without a live seal is a souvenir. Printed and exported copies are marked SPECIMEN and are not accepted at any counter.

5. Notice 26-29 · 11 Aug 2026

   Documents bearing the former name of the Corporation remain valid for purposes of identification, and for no other purpose.

   Yield share is not a wage. Operators are referred to the Conditions of use.

   Operators are not employees. The Corporation has none. It has a register.

8. Notice 26-12 · 3 Apr 2026

   The Corporation does not use passwords and does not ask for codes. A message that does either is not from the Corporation and is to be reported to Operator Relations.
